मतदाताओं को मतदान केंद्र तक पहुंचने में मदद के लिए स्थानीय लोगों ने मुजफ्फरपुर में एक अस्थायी पुल बनाया है। एक स्थानीय व्यक्ति ने कहा, नदी को पार करने के लिए कोई पुल नहीं था। हमने लोगों के आसान आवागमन के लिए इस पुल का निर्माण किया। हम चाहते थे कि अधिकतम लोग अपना वोट डालें।
